ZPizza Restaurant Review

After reading Katie's blog I told Nate there was another place with gluten-free pizza. Since ZPizza has a location close to us he decided we just had to try it. All I have to say is their pizza is Amazing!

We ordered the American and Mexican to share. Both pizzas tasted like the perfect balance of everything. ZPizza definitely uses fresh quality ingredients. Thanks again Katie for posting about this.

OMG Stacey - that looks delish. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog so I could follow your comment back to yours.

We do not go out to eat very much and Roseville is not that far - we are definitely going to put that on our list. We are dairy free as well as gluten free but find that if we have cheese once in a blue moon we have no problems. I miss pizza.

You now have a new follower.

I am pretty sure that Pizza Luce in St. Paul has a "cheese" that is dairy free. They only have the gluten-free menu on Tuesdays and Wednesdays though.

Oh my goodness these look AMAZING!!! I can't wait to try Zpizza out!!! I almost went last night and now I totally regret not going...I've already been to Uno's 3 times in 2 weeks....It is dangerous to have GF pizza so readily available now..I'm lovin it!!

Katie -
My husband is so upset we don't have an Uno anymore so you'll have to enjoy it for him. The other day we were discussing how nice it is we have so many pizza choices now with places having different crusts and toppings. There goes our out to eat budget.

Stacey - I found you through a Gluten Free doctor blog. Thank you so much for this! My son was diagnosed with Tourettes about a year ago. I'm so fortunate that I have been able to control most of his tics through diet - gluten is one of the things we stay away from.

I'm curious if your husband has problem with McDonalds French fries? Does potatoes have gluten? I should know this, but I'm so tired. I've never had problems with fries before, but today, after leaving McDonalds, he was ticking like a clock. Maybe the transfats as opposed to the potatoes.

Anyway, I know you're not here to diagnose, but any insight would be awesome.

PS: I write for BabyCenter, GoodHousekeeping as well as have my own blog on Tourettes where I feature food stuff. Want to be linked? My personal blog is linked below. You can find links to BabyCenter and Goodhousekeeping through it.

Thanks again for the awesome blog! Can't wait to devour all of it when I have more time. (And that pizza. Yum.)

McDonald's fries don't sit well with my husband so he avoids them. Some people say there are ok but a lot of people get sick from them and there are contradicting reports.

I'd love to be linked, thanks!
